Community Foundations

Support for Indiana community foundations is made available by the Alliance through the website, email, phone, workshops and printed materials. GIFT  provides resources for community foundations as well as technical assistance for those foundations participating in the Lilly Endowment GIFT program. Some resources on this page are provided by the Community Foundation Committee (CFC). Fifty-six percent of IGA’s members are community foundations.

    Planned giving marketing brochures on 32 different topics. This resource is available only to community foundations which are compliant with Standards.
  • Standards - Provided by CFC
    In 2000, the Community Foundation Committee adopted standards for Indiana's community foundations, as public trust is the key to a community foundation's success. The standards encompass the five major areas of community foundation activity.
