IGA supports Indiana grantmakers in ways no other organization or resource can, providing:

- Indiana-specific news, research and analysis to inform your work at the local level
- Opportunities for in-person education and idea sharing
- Legislative advocacy to protect Indiana's grantmaking environment

Our members are both longstanding and up-and-coming family, independent, community and corporate foundations, varying largely in asset size and funding interest areas. In 2012 we expanded our membership categories to also include professional philanthropic advisors, qualified individuals, government agences and re-granting organizations.
