Make your grantmaking more effective by increasing the involvement of those most affected by it. This one-day program cuts to the essence of stakeholder engagement for maximum effectiveness. Moving beyond mere "collaboration," this program will enable participants to effectively engage myriad stakeholders and move groups to action. Participants will learn: how to frame a collaborative (stakeholder engagement) initiative, how to think in terms of results/process/relationship outcomes, how to analyze stakeholders, select levels of involvement, and design an overarching process architecture and sequence for impact.
