Please join us this month at Conseco Fieldhouse for a program on the Capital Improvement Board!

We'll be joined by Drew Klacik, Senior Policy Analyst at the Center for Urban Policy and the Environment at Indiana University. Mr. Klacik will present a primer on the CIB, focusing on how and why it was created, how it operates, and the financial difficulties it is currently facing.
