Marissa Manlove is responsible for the overall management
of the Alliance, including implementation of all ongoing
organizational activities as well as objectives determined
by the Board of Directors. She works with the Board in
developing the Alliance's role as a leader in philanthropy
in the state. She supervises all staff activity, program
development, member recruitment and services, legislative
initiatives, special programs and projects, and fundraising
and grant proposal writing on behalf of the Alliance.
Marissa is a good person to talk to if you have questions
about the vision or direction of the Alliance. |

Beason
Manager of Educational Programs

As Manager of Educational Programs, Marie plans and
implements a comprehensive offering of educational and
professional development activities for members of Indiana
Grantmakers Alliance and other grantmaking organizations.

Cindy Blorstad
Program Associate, GIFT (Giving Indiana Funds for Tomorrow)

Cindy Blorstad provides on site consulting and training
for staff and boards of community foundations. She provides
technical assistance in the areas of endowment development,
marketing, grantmaking and other administrative management
matters. Cindy may be reached Tuesday, Wednesday and
Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. by calling 812-345-1056,
and is in the Alliance office on Friday, 317-630-5200.

Dick Creger
Program Associate, GIFT (Giving Indiana Funds for Tomorrow)

Dick works with other GIFT staff to provide training
and on-site consultation for the boards and staff of community
foundations. He also provides community foundations technical
assistance regarding accounting and investments. Dick
is the person to contact regarding your questions on accounting
and investments for your Community Foundation. He is in
the office on Thursday. |

Cole
Director, Member & External Relations |
As Director of Member & External Relations, Jack
directs activities that support and foster positive relations
with the Alliance's key stakeholders, including grantmaking
members, the larger organized philanthropic sector in
Indiana, policy makers, media, and the general public.
This includes activities to develop and secure revenue
to support achievement of the Alliance's mission. Jack
is the person to contact regarding questions about your
membership. |

Sarah
Geis
Director, Knowledge Management |
As Director of Knowledge Management, Sarah manages the
Alliance's files, provides technical assistance to members,
updates and manages the Web site, conducts research and
surveys and assists with programming and other technical
needs for members and staff. Sarah helps members access
a variety of resources from internal Alliance databases
and from regional, state and national resources. |

Jana
Grabarek
Communications Associate

Jana is responsible for timely, efficient and effective
communications between the Alliance, its members and the
general public. She writes, edits and proofs electronic
and print communications that inform the membership of
upcoming events, current trends and best practices. In
addition, Jana assists in the planning, implementation
and evaluation of media, public and government relations. |

Jenny
Kloer
Program Director, GIFT (Giving Indiana Funds for Tomorrow)

Responsible for the general management of GIFT technical
assistance, Jenny provides assistance in all aspects of
community foundation development and growth. This includes
on-site consultation with boards and staffs, development
of Executive Director Conferences and workshops, and training.
She also serves as liaison with Lilly Endowment Inc.'s
GIFT program staff. Jenny is a good person to talk
to if you would like to know more about the GIFT initiative
or if you need assistance for your community foundation. |

Mabry
Receptionist |
Carolyn is the first contact with the organization for
visitors and calls.
She also assists with Board meetings and other committee
meetings. |

Eileen Ryan
Program Director, YPII
(Youth Philanthropy Initiative of Indiana) |
Eileen, in her role as Program Director for the Youth
Philanthropy Initiative Indiana (“YPII”),
serves as the principal contact for this unique statewide
collaborative of 40+ community organizations. Engaging
youth in philanthropy (giving & serving in their local
communities) is the major focus of this effort. Eileen
is the person to contact regarding youth philanthropy
materials, training and resources. |

Member Services Assistant |
As a Member Services Assistant, Kiran provides support
for all member services and programs, including Alliance,
GIFT, and YPII. She assists in implementing services
for Grantmakers at regional meetings, educational seminars,
and conferences by managing logistics. Kiran can
assist you with questions regarding upcoming events
and registrations. |

Marilee
Steckler
Director, Office Operations |
Marilee processes Alliance member and associate member
applications and renewals, fills requests by members (except
community foundations), and assists with the grantmaker
directory and database. Marilee manages supplies, office
equipment, files and assists with accounting. Marilee
can help you become a member of the Alliance, renew your
existing membership or purchase a grantmaker directory. |

Gabi
Youran
Program Coordinator, GIFT (Giving Indiana Funds for
Tomorrow)

Gabi develops and implements services, publications,
conferences, workshops and resource material for community
foundations. She maintains the Indiana community foundations
list and works with the Community Foundation Committee.
Gabi is the person to contact for information regarding
GIFT training workshops, contact information for
community foundations or general questions about community
foundation services.
