Tom Leedy has been the president of the Dekko Foundation since January of 2001. Tom came to the Foundation from Group Dekko Services where he spent eight years as Performance Improvement Manager. In this role he was responsible for manager development through implementation of strategic planning, problem solving and manufacturing process improvements.

A graduate of Indiana Tech, Tom earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in May of 2000.

Tom’s community involvement includes board membership roles with the Cole Center Family YMCA, the chamber of commerce, Local Development Corporation, the library foundation and the Freedom Academy. He has also worked as a consultant with nonprofit organizations, assisting with board and organizational development and strategic planning.

Tom and his wife, Kerri, are the parents of a baby daughter named Emma.

The Leedy’s live in Kendallville.
