123 N.W. Fourth Street, Suite 322
Evansville, IN 47708-1712

Marilyn J. Klenck is President and CEO of the Community Foundation Alliance, Inc., a regional community foundation serving nine counties in southwest Indiana. She is a graduate of Purdue University (B.A.) and the University of Evansville (M.A.) and has taught English at the high school and university levels. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Evansville and is Past Board Chair of the Indiana Grantmakers Alliance. She also serves on the boards of the Welborn Baptist Foundation and the Student Aid and Counseling Service. She is an active member of First Baptist Church of Evansville, singing in the choir, teaching an adult Bible class, and chairing the personnel, capital campaign, and endowment committees.

Marilyn is a member of the Transatlantic Community Foundation Network (TCFN). Funded by the Bertelsmann Foundation (Germany) and the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation (USA), the TCFN supports the exchange of experience and expertise among European and North American community foundations and fosters the development of this form of philanthropy where the concept is unknown or still new.

For relaxation, Marilyn enjoys attending auctions, reading murder mysteries, and assembling jigsaw puzzles. She and her husband Bill are restoring an 1890’s farmhouse – truly a life-long project. Their son Andy is a mechanical engineer residing in Houston, Texas, with his wife Suzanne and their two Bullmastiffs.
