Marilyn is a member of the Transatlantic Community Foundation
Network (TCFN). Funded by the Bertelsmann Foundation (Germany)
and the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation (USA), the TCFN supports
the exchange of experience and expertise among European and
North American community foundations and fosters the development
of this form of philanthropy where the concept is unknown
or still new.
For relaxation, Marilyn enjoys attending auctions, reading
murder mysteries, and assembling jigsaw puzzles. She and her
husband Bill are restoring an 1890’s farmhouse –
truly a life-long project. Their son Andy is a mechanical
engineer residing in Houston, Texas, with his wife Suzanne
and their two Bullmastiffs.
